THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on any of CyberCloud websites. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. For domain registration account establishment your information will be shared with our registration partner, Hostgator, Godaddy & namecheap. In both cases this is done over an SSL encrypted connection to their servers.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive user our services as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

 

If you visit our website to browse, read, or download information:

We use third party marketing agency (such as Google, Bing Facebook, AdRoll etc), who uses cookies to store visitor’s visit data to use on online marketing only. If you wish to remove such cookies, you can do it from here.

When we send you an e-mail, we may include a marker that will allow to identify e-mail that is opened and viewed.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION INFORMATION
When you register a domain name you are required to provide the following information:

  • The name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and (where available) fax number of the administrative contact for the domain name;

As required by the current rules and policies of ICANN, this data will be made to the general public via domain name registration database look-up (WHOIS) services.

 

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We store your personally identifiable information and payment information on a databases located in the US and Bangladesh. All data such as credit card numbers are encrypted and we will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal identifiable data in our databases.
